This lovely cottage is located right on the gulf. It's the perfect place to stay and unwind with unbeatable water views. It boasts the convenience of being within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Dock Street and downtown. This two bedroom home can accommodate up to four people with a second bedroom just adjacent to the master bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked to accommodate travelers who wish to cook.

Enjoy your coffee or afternoon cocktail watching birds on the water. There are multiple options for outdoor seating! Relax in the comfort of the screened in porch, outside on the swing or picnic table, or right next to the water in lounge chairs.

While walking is a great option, also consider renting golf carts or bikes and travel the island like a local!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

A 3% Credit Card Fee will be Applied. Festivals and holidays are a three night minimum stay. Checkout at 10 am. Late Checkouts may be available with prior knowledge ($50 surcharge for after hours cleaning service) if not already occupied. CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 30 days prior to stay--100% refund. Less than 30 days prior to stay--no refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a discount for week-long or month-long visits.
