Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Note: A 3% credit card fee will be applied. No pets allowed. House has a 7-day minimum. Please check with management about other options. Checkout at 10 am. Late Checkouts may be available with prior knowledge ($50 surcharge for after hours cleaning service) if not already occupied. CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 30 days prior to stay with a refund less the $50 booking fee. Less than 30 days prior to stay no refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a discount for week-long or month-long visits. Non Smoking Only. This is a non-smoking building with NO SMOKING of any kind on the interior or exterior of the property. Smoking on the property inside or out will result in a $300 fee.
