Come stay at this single family home in Cedar Key, Florida! This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home boasts ample living space and plenty of room for boat/trailer parking. Close to downtown, the waterfront, and playground. Great spot for a weekend of scalloping or fishing! While you're here, be sure to rent a golf cart or bikes to travel around the island like a local. We recommend booking in advance, busy weekends sell out fast!

Spend your day exploring the island or fishing. At night, return to your Cedar Key home to cook in the fully equipped kitchen or spread out with plenty of living space. The main bedroom contains a queen sized bed, the second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom has a combo tub/shower. There is also a stackable washer/dryer available for use within the bathroom. A desk is available for your use

This is a pet friendly unit for a max of 2 dogs! Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please contact us immediately. Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Festivals and holidays are a three night minimum stay. Checkout at 10 am. CANCELLATION POLICY: More than 30 days prior to stay--100% refund. Less than 30 days prior to stay--no refund. PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a discount for week-long or month-long visits.
