Don't miss the "Changing of the Guard" of the night and day birds. Oftentimes you'll see pelicans fly so close to the deck that you feel that you could reach up and touch them... Eagles, osprey, oystercatchers, roseate spoonbills, white pelicans, ibises and skimmers by the hundreds, all kinds of hawks, herons etc., (the list is too numerous to mention). It's not called Florida's "Nature Coast" for nothing. If you are not a birdwatcher when you arrive, you will be when you leave!

The unit is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs! It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king sized bed in the master and a queen sized bed in the guest room. Fenimore Mill is conveniently located just one block to the city park and only a few blocks from the marina. There is plenty of boat/trailer parking available onsite within the condo community! Fenimore Mill is private and quiet, but just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. The community boasts a private fishing dock, private beach space which is perfect for launching kayaks, community pool, community hot tub, fish cleaning station, and green space with grilling area.
