Welcome to the charming and spacious Gracie's House! This vacation home is within a short drive to downtown, the pier, restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer or parked a locally rented golf cart for your stay. Newly renovated with two living spaces for you to spread out during your stay. Cook in the brand new and fully stocked kitchen. You will not have to want for anything during your stay!

Bring your pets for your vacation (up to 2 dogs only). Pet fee is as follows: Pet fee of $45 per night will be charged at booking or prior to check in, depending on which site you booked. Pet fee is $50 per pet per visit, 2 pet maximum.. If you did not pay a pet fee on booking, please notify us immediately. Evidence of pets in unit without paying the pet fee as required will result in a penalty of $300 charge to your card on file. Please check with us on any other pets. We do require that pets do not get on bed or furniture. Please do not leave barking dogs in the unit. Please pick up after your pet when outdoors.
